Sleep Webinar - getting your twins or more to sleep

Book Webinar

What is a Tamba Webinar?

A Tamba webinar is a live online presentation that you connect to via the internet.

Access: All you need is a computer with a speaker, headphones or a telephone connection to hear the presentation.  We’ll email you the log in instructions.

How It Works: Once we have taken your booking and payment you’ll receive an email confirmation with the link to access the webinar. When you “enter” the webinar, you’ll see the session slides and be able to hear the presenter. You can use the chat box at the bottom of the screen to type questions during the webinar.

Benefits for You: Webinars are a cost effective way to transmit and share information. You can listen to the webinar in the comfort of your own home, there’s no need for a babysitter, no travel costs and you can even bring your own cup of tea along too!

If you miss a bit because the children get out of bed, there’s a knock at the door or the phone rings, no problem! We will email you a recording of the presentation afterwards so you can listen again at a time that suits you (up to two weeks afterwards).

Sleep webinar

  • Do you have twins or triplets who do not sleep well?
  • Are you struggling to get your twins, triplets or more to sleep through the night?
  • Do you find yourself getting up multiple times during the night?
  • Does a whole night’s uninterrupted sleep seem like a fantasy that you will never achieve?
  • Do you have one twin that is a ‘good sleeper’ and one that is ‘not so good at sleeping’?
  • Do you find it hard to get your little ones to settle down at bedtime?
  • Would you like to find out how to get your multiples sleeping soundly?

If you can answer yes to any of the above questions then you need to listen in to Tamba’s Sleep webinar.

This webinar is designed for parents who have twins, triplets or more aged from 12 months old up until the age of 5 who are experiencing challenges around sleeping (although the webinar would provide useful information for parents with babies aged 6 months plus).

Part 1 will cover the theory of sleep, good sleep patterns and practice.  Part 2 will cover sleep problems - putting the principles into place for families with sleep challenges using case studies.  There will be the chance to ask questions during this part.

AbbVie has provided sponsorship funding for this webinar series but has not had any input into the development of webinar content.

Tune into this webinar to find out:

  • How sleep deprivation affects both parents and children
  • What a normal sleep cycle is
  • How sleep needs changes as children grow
  • Why a good sleep environment is key to children settling and sleeping well
  • We will share strategies for tackling sleep challenges

Please note that the aim of the webinar is to provide an overview - it is not possible to provide personalised sleep solutions or have a 1:1 with Helen during the webinar.

Our presenter is Helen Rutherford, who works for the Children’s Sleep Charity, which advocates gentle methods to solve sleep issues.  Helen is a sleep specialist and has a wealth of experience in helping families with sleep issues.

The next 'live' webinar will held on Wednesday 4th October (Part 1) and Wednesday 11th October (part 2) 8-9pm & Wednesday 24th January 2018 (part 1) and Wednesday 31st January 2018 (part 2)

Feedback from last webinar

"I just wanted to say thank you; I found the presentation really useful and have already started thinking of how I can change my twins sleep habits (as well as my older daughter who also has sleep problems).  I'm so glad that I signed up for the course.  Some of the information I had heard before but it was nice to have it confirmed by a professional"

"Very helpful in general, but also in giving me confidence to make the next move"

"I have been really struggling with sleep issues so this has felt like a much needed life line - thanks"
