Twinline is a free national, confidential, listening and emotional support service for all parents of twins, triplets and more, and the professionals involved in their care. It's open everyday from 10am to 1pm and from 7pm to 10pm on 0800 138 0509 (freephone) or you can email asktwinline@tamba.org.uk.

Helping Hands

The Helping Hands project aims to provide practical support in the home to families with twins, triplets or more that are in severe difficulty. Click on the link below to find out more about the Helping Hands scheme and the eligibility requirements.

Honorary Consultants

Health Visiting Service

The Tamba Health Visiting Service is the first of its kind in the UK and it is being piloted in the Southern Health and Social Care Trust in Northern Ireland. This service is in addition to the core health visiting service.

Bereavement

The Tamba Bereavement Support Group (BSG) exists to support all parents and carers of multiples who have experienced loss whether it was during pregnancy, at birth or shortly afterwards. We are so sorry for your loss and hope that by making contact with the BSG you will find some comfort.

Breastfeeding Peer Supporters 

Tamba has a team of NCT accredited peer supporters who have all breastfed twins and can offer mother-to-mother information and support to families who wish to breastfeed their twins, triplets or higher multiples. They have all completed the NCT's accredited peer support training.
